Crushing of Raw Materials and Fuels
We crush raw materials and fuels precisely to the required particle sizes. Typical crushing fractions include 80 mm and 250 mm. Additional specifications can be implemented flexibly according to customer requirements.
Screening and Classification
Using modern screening processes, we reliably classify materials into defined particle sizes. Common screening fractions include, for example, 0–10 mm, 10–30 mm, 30–80 mm, or 80–250 mm. Additional particle sizes are available on request.Sorting and Removal of Impurities
To ensure consistently high quality, we selectively remove undesired impurities from the raw materials. This improves product purity and optimizes downstream processing at the customer’s facilities.
Drying of Fine-Grained Materials
We gently and efficiently dry fine-grained materials and dusts. We achieve a residual moisture content of max. 0.5%, ideal for demanding industrial applications.Filling and Packaging
Depending on requirements, we fill the processed materials into Big Bags or paper bags. Packaging is transport-safe and can be adapted to various logistics and storage concepts upon request.
Storage and Logistics
